Description:

The Customer Service Executive provides support to the medical coordination and customer service department, being responsible for managing high volumes of calls with various objectives. Their main function is to receive calls, ensuring that the expectations of policyholders and/or insurance agencies are met.

Education:

  • Higher education in business administration or medicine-related fields.

Location:

  • Samborondón, Ecuador.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (minimum 90% in oral and written expression).
  • Minimum two years’ experience in the field.
  • Excellent command of IT tools.
  • Proactive attitude.

Account Associate

Description:

Responsible for project execution and report generation for the Account Management department, as well as managing inquiries, contracts, commissions, and after-sales processes with agencies and agents.

Education:

  • Higher education in administrative studies.

Location:

  • Miami.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (95% in comprehension, writing, and oral expression).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of office software.
  • Proactivity, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Main duties:

  • Prepare and analyze agency and agent portfolio reports.
  • Manage contracts, commissions, and policy statuses on the internal portal.
  • Respond to and follow up on inquiries received in communication mailboxes.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department to update or exclude contacts.
  • Create or modify access and administrative data on the internal portal.

Management Reports and BI Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a Strategic Analyst with expertise in BI tools, capable of converting complex data into high-impact decisions. You will be responsible for generating insights that support decision-making at the executive level and for preparing trend analysis reports that translate information into clear, relevant, and actionable results, driving the company’s financial and operational performance.

Education:

  • Professional in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.

Location:

  • Samborondón, Ecuador.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably in the health insurance sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Knowledge of the insurance business, including reimbursements, medical costs, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Intermediate-advanced level of English.

Skills and abilities:

  • Generate management reports and presentations for senior executives.
  • Design dashboards and visualizations of key KPIs for the healthcare sector.
  • Automate reports and integrate multiple data sources.
  • Analyze accident rates, frequency of use, premiums, losses, and profitability.
  • Support decision-making in areas such as underwriting, operations, and finance.
